A long-isolated island in the South Pacific finally gives up its secret to preparing the best seafood in the presently known universe.
Surrounded as they are by an ocean full of fish, it is only natural that the inhabitants would seek ways to prepare the variety of fish to be found there to keep their diet from becoming boring. With over half of the population eating fish at least once a week, the “reason to Season” becomes obvious.
We have combined fifteen spices to bring out the flavors of every fish dish you prepare, and will please every member of your family.
It is marvelous on shrimp and scallops and adds a flavor to gumbos and chowders. But do not be limited to just fish and seafood. It is also good as a salad sprinkle and adds zest to meats and vegetables.
