you will probably need

to add some salt
to your recipes.

On a driving trip to Florida many years ago I stopped at a small café on a side road in Mississippi for a mid-afternoon lunch. On the menu was a dish my grandmother cooked that I would not eat when I was a young boy - “collards.”
I decided to try them and what goodness did pass my palate. When I asked the lady who served me what in the world she put in them to make them taste so good, she smiled a beautiful smile as she replied, “Son, I put soul in them greens.” I never forgot that statement.
With the success of the original spices, I resolved to recreate that delicious flavor.
An inimitable combination of spices, “SOUL” adds flavor to soups and stews; boosts the taste to cooked or raw vegetables and (of course) all greens. Try it on your sandwiches for a refreshing addition.
After using just once, you will find that it is an essential for mashed potatoes and salads and will bring smiles of delight to every member of your family as you put a little “south in their mouth.”
Mixed with sour cream or mayonnaise, SOUL makes a great vegetable dip as well and is also great to flavor enhance the taste of cottage cheese.

ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS: sea salt, ground red & green bell peppers, onion, garlic, paprika and seven other spices
