Argentina is a land of contrasts.  Its diverse geophysical landscapes range from tropical climates in the north to Antarctic tundra in the far south.
Bounded by the Atlantic ocean to the east and the Andes mountains on the west, the land is fruitful in a variety of ways.
When it comes to a bountiful land, you could not ask for a more gracious and welcoming host.
Settled mostly by immigrants from Spain and Italy in the heyday of migration, they brought with them their love of good food and drink and a heritage of work that remains to this day.
In the north Pampas, cattle are still grown and tended by the world-renowned Gauchos.  The story of their love of the land and the freedom of the range is legendary.  Equally renowned is their appreciation of the flavors of the meats prepared over open fires.  Argentina remains one of the world’s leading beef consumers on a per capita basis.
Now from the land of the Gaucho, comes the smoky taste of the Pampas to enhance the flavor of every dish you serve.  Great on beef, pork, chicken, lamb and all fish.  Use it to flavor red and black beans, corn dishes, grilled onions, pastas and salads.  Added to olive oil it
becomes a great bread dip.
A careful formulation of thirteen spices, Argentinean will please the most demanding palate.
